I replaced a V belt in my hoover cyclonic upright and the tension bar will not put enough tension on the V belt to keep it turning the agitator brush. Can it be adjusted or replaced? Does anyone have a picture or diagram that clearly shoes the tension on the V belt? It is possible that the piece is broken and I can't tell what it was supposed to look like.
