The above is incorrect. Bill Gates and Prince Alwaleed purchased 45% each of FOUR SEASONS HOTELS & RESORTS, not Fairmont. Izzy Sharp is also the Chairman of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

bill gates using his cascade investments and prince alwaleed used his kingdom holding company and they purchased the fairmont hotel brand for 3.5 billion, keeping izzy sharp as theyre ceo and head of management.......izzy also got a few hundred million off the deal, and is not reported to be worth over 450 million dollars.
