baby goat with lice. I have a baby goat (dexter) that is 2 weeks and my neighbor uses sevin dust

I have a baby goat (dexter) that is 2 weeks and my neighbor uses sevin dust to control the lice. Can i use sevin dust on my baby goat? I also have chickens and wanted to make sure it was ok to use it around them?
