because the best shifting is done when you don't use stick shift

Surely ... the automatic gives you the best possible mileage when OD is off

automatic transmmission has low mileage as compared to manual transmission. any comments on this..
  7. Guest22376
you should not use the OD mode much as it will push the engine to extreme conditions

Automatic transmission is better. The new automatic transmissions (AT) come wth Overdrive (OD) which makes driving an AT more fun. OD lets your engine go into high revolutions which results in better performance and higher speed. Manual transmission (MT) while more enjoyable, is not really good for everyday travel, what with traffic in the country. Having to press the clutch over and over in traffic really wears you out. Overall, AT is, in my opinion, better because it gives you peace of mind, relaxation, and a better drive. Hope it helped!

I think automatic can be better than manual as it help keep the driver relax and in OD mode you can have some Race ! so dont worry for automatic.
