audio problems on vizio lcd

When switching between HD channels on my Vizio tv, sometimes the audio drops out. I have my cable box connected to HDMI port 4. I can cycle through my HDMI ports back to port 4 and the sound returns. It is brand new, I've owned the set for only one week. Help!
