   Hi, I had the same problem. I start my wash cycle and it would fill with water then it would stop and the programme dial will start clicking around and won’t stop. I tried unplugging it for a day and it still wouldn’t work. My friend had the same problem and it cost his quite a bit to fix and I started to look for new washing machines. But before I bought a new one, I thought I’d try and see if anyone had the same issue and solved it. I only found one solution on the net and I gave it a try and it WORKED! Saved me a lot of money. Basically, it’s an electrical problem. You need to unplug the machine and open up the back of the machine, and unplug all the connectors that are connected to the circuit board. Plug the machine back in and turn the machine on for 2 min. then power off and unplug it and reconnect all the connectors back to the circuit board and it should work – well it did for me – detailed info in the link below. I found many people with the same problem so I thought I’d share my experience. Give it ago, I’m not sure if it would work for you but its worth a try.
