I believe the article is poorly written and edited as someone has suggested earlier. There are several things being portrayed: an alledged-irate black woman vs. alleged racist police officers.
To call it reverse racism or racism can be seen on both sides, giving demographics and past histories of the town and the KKK making an appearance. What a lot of people cannot accept is that racism still exists even with a black president. Someone said it best that racism does not exist only for the family at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Reverse racism, yes, it exists and people need to recognize that as well, racism is not aimed at one race, although the history of racism in America seems to be only focused on the history of Blacks and Whites.
On either side, there was a confrontation in a super market, and on all sides it could have been handled a lot better. There was no need for the ACLU, the KKK or any other organization to get involved
