My dog behaves very aggressively with other dogs and people, she attacks every other dog and even attacks other family dog, what to do?

This is a very common problem and I think you should not get worried about it. There are some dogs which behave aggressively and attack other dog. The best solution for this problem is to let the dog out and it take it for walk more often. If you keep it tied up in the house then this will only result in alleviating the problem, and she will become more aggressive when she will see other dogs. Take it out for a walk daily , this is very important for a pet like dog and you will see a change in its behavior. Here are some other methods by which you can train your dog. First you have to make your dog obey what you say. You can make him obey by rewarding him and by giving him instructions in the forms of commands, you can train a dog to sit and stand first, because the key here is to make him obey, once he starts to obey you only then you can change his aggressive behavior to the neutral one. This training should be done every day for about a week until your dog knows how to obey you. Teaching the dog the no command should become easy if you have followed the proper guideline. If your dog does something wrong, you can say no to point your finger at the dog. Some dogs do understand no command easily while some take time.
