     Yes toss plays the most important role in this World Cup.

    Due factor is always helpful for the team bating second because the spinners cannot properly spin the ball which make it easy for the batting team to chase any total with in the given overs.
    The team batting second will ball first so they can also enjoy the hardness of pitch while bowling with the fast bowlers.
