I want to use my wireless mouse and keyboard with my laptop.Wireless mouse and keyboard are connected to my laptop through usb port. Mouse is working, keyboard not...Checked batteries,pins on the cable and uploaded the drivers but no solution. I would appreciate a solution to that.Regards...

    Reset the system and try reconnecting the USB port again. Try using the mouse with a different computer to verify if it is a hardware problem. If the problem is in hardware then, please e-mail Customer Support to process a warranty replacement.
