Will the Government guarantee scheme cover AMP Offset Account?

I have a home loan with AMP and a large amount in my offset account and I want to know if Australian government scheme will also cover it.

    An Offset Account is a Deposit Account. Deposits up to $1 million in a single entity name are covered by the Australian Government so the guarantee applies to Offset accounts as well.
