   The West Australian government has vowed to bring in tougher legislation to deal with drug manufacturers who expose children to their "insidious" crime. This pledge was made after an explosion at a clandestine drug lab at a Perth public housing unit which injured five people. Police had dismantled 133 clandestine labs in 2010 in the Western Australia with officers finding children present at about 14 per cent of those properties. A further 17 per cent of properties used as drug labs had children have been listed to be residing there but weren't at home when police raided.
