Why does my 89 chevy truck miss when driving down the highway

i changed the spark plugs and wires. also replaced my fuel filter

    i changed all plugs twice cap rotor wires egr valve o2 sencer still has mis on nornal drive but run hard it dont miss a beat (very) strong when in the throtel scary cant finger this out im goin crazy any help caveman44@verizon.net thanks
