    We should not conern about our project manager we have to make allainet as a leading company of pakistan.....so try to make better work and achieve all tasks and then it will be possible we r undfeated in IT Industry.....best of luck

    i think this discussion is in vein. as there are clearly two teams and each already has a project manager who is specialist of his field. so no comparison. One is PHP other is .Net No need for single project manager. that's the bitter reality. GO Zeeshan , GO Adnan.

    though zeeshan is bit lil expressive but he has the capabilities to handle any kind of situation, he is the man with great ideas, thinks first and then go for any decision, a reall cool minded person. and on the other hand adnan arif no doubt a good person but he cant absorb the pressure from the higher management himself, and transfer that pressure to his team members. In my opinion PM should be the person who can absorb the pressure himself and provide the best enviorment to his team members. so i think zeeshan is the best person who can handle such situations.

    i think there is no need to discuss this topic because here in allainet Mr. Zeeshan is the most senior person and the strongest technical person. and also he is the team lead of the biggest project of allainet. so defenitly he will be the next project manager.

    Zeeshan is the best in my opinion, and right now he is the senior most in any field.

    Zeeshan is good technically but i fear he is not a good leader. He is slow and pretty lazy especially during meetings. So i would go for adnan arif sharp and meets all the criteria.

    Project manager is a person to be an example, should be a person with character to be a leader. I think in current team Zeshan is the technical jam, the most senior person, leading the native allainet project so he is the right person. [Manazar]
