     I highly recommend Mr Jef Menguin. He is an inspirational speaker from the Philippines, a Distinguished Toastmaster, and corporate trainer. He conduct seminars on Speaking with Confidence and Presentation Skills.

    I believe that Mr Menguin has done some executive coaching in the past. Try contacting him. Maybe he can help you, or refer to you someone who can help.
