   The Dentist is a doctor and he will have to treat your infected teeth, decayed teeth before doing any cosmetic procedure. It would be highly unethical if he just did the bleaching without cleaning your teeth (even if you really needed it) or restoring your cavities.

   his will cost a bit of money but I would get the oral b vitality for home white teeth. If you brush with it 2-3 times a day your teeth will be pretty white. And if they are dull, I heard most stars use petroleum jelly.
