If only the Telenor subscribers can use easy paisa international transfer service or it can be used by all the people.

    Any person can receive an IR-OTC transaction. The only requirement is that the receiver needs to have a valid NADRA CNIC. Expired CNICs should not be catered to. These CNICs need to be verified by the Merchant before any transaction.
