    You should try the team of Jef Menguin. They provide more than games or facilitation. Jef Menguin customized training programs based on the needs of their clients. He facilitated our team building for 700 people and we are very satisfied with his team's ability to organize our team building session. We did not expect much at first as we did not have much time to prepare (we first contacted two other groups and they were very expensive). Mr Jef Menguin gave us a very reasonable price, and more than that, we were impressed by the program he designed for us. It was a positively unforgetable experience.

   I believe they conduct team building workshops all over the Philippines as he has people in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao (I read something about this in his website). I have also learned that Mr Menguin is a member of the International Association of Teamwork Facilitators.
