When you put on the cycle and press on the machine switch, the dial just turns a little bit then does nothing. The only thing that it will do is make a little whirrring noise, also if u set it on the seperate drain cycle it seems to work ok and then u can open the door. Do I need a new machine? Or call Whirlpool engineers out?
