The Ausrail Pass is not available to Australian passport holders, only to international visitors with foreign passports. Clients are advised to carry their passport with them at all times as railway staff may wish to check it against the passport numbers endorsed on the Pass. The Ausrail Pass is available for travel on Australian rail services operated by Great Southern Rail, Queensland Rail and CountryLink including: • The Ghan • Indian Pacific • The Overland • The Sunlander • Tilt Trains • Spirit of the Outback • The Inlander • The Westlander • XPLORER • XPT trains and connecting coaches. The pass is not available for travel on any Queensland City Trains, The Savannahlander, The Gulflander, the Kuranda Scenic Railway, Sydney CityRail, the Melbourne Met, Victoria's V-Line, TransAdelaide or Western Australia's TransWA services.
