I would say that it definitely looks better with the flare jeans. I am not a huge fan of the skinnys. I love the shoes though, they are very sleek and cute. The shirt is adorable! I would say go for it! (with the flare jeans!)
The first pair of pants. That shirt is A-Line and it doesn't look good with skinny jeans.
I would go with the skinny jeans but take out the sandals and add something like Vans,Converse,or DC's!& that shirt has to go add something like a band tee or a skater jacket and tank or just a tank!

I LOVE the skinny jeans, but I am not too keen on the shirt. IT doesn't make you look fat/flat, it's just doesn't fit right. From what I can see you have a great figure, the skinny jeans shows it off, but the shirt hides it. Try something a bit more fitting and you will look fab!!
i luv the top with the flare jeans and it doesn't make u look fat (cause ur not!!) and the shoes r ok too

Definitely the first one is cuter! Those jeans are adorable, and match with the shirt. Don't worry, they don't make you look fat AT ALL! And the shoes, are perfect. The wedge heel's color matches the little design on the short. Also, the whole outfit seems age appropriate for you. You will look fine, and have fun!

I really like the shirt with skinny jeans. It balances it out. If you have a loose shirt with loose pants, it just looks baggy. I would do skinny jeans. The shoes are adorable. So are the skinny jeans. where did u get them?
I like the first jeans the best. the skinny jeans doesn't make you look "fat" but the just emphasize ALL girls curves too much. I think the skinny jeans would look better if they were darker. I love your shirt though. It makes you look so thin and pretty. pair it with a colorful necklace and black heels

i love teh shirt! i think it looks better with the flair jeans becos personally i dun think skinny jeans look guud wit lyke flats or heels. it duznt make u look fat at all! u shud also add some color to it by wearing idk a necklace or a cute scarf for maybe some kinda french hat!
