Where is civil society???

I also belong to civil society but where is civil society and human rights activists NOW, are they scared from their job and funds from USAID??? i also condemn the murder of Salman Taseer the Activists were in media on a very sensitive issues even they don't know about Namoos-e-Risalat, Why this double standard is? Sir im scared if in this case our government compromise then it can be big security issues for all innocent foreigners we must not compromise.
