Where can I get a quality paint job for my antique car in Trinidad?

I live in the Trinidad and trying to find someone to paint my car and it is downright impossible. I want a quality paint job and do not want to spend much money. Do you know any shop there? Can someone tell me the details of any good paint shop? I would be really great full for this help.
