You may be able to claim War Disablement Pension if you’ve been injured or disabled: . during a time of war . as a result of service in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces before 6 April 2005 . You can’t claim if you’re still serving in the Armed Forces. You can claim Constant Attendance Allowance if you need daily care and attention because of a disability and you get War Disablement Pension.
