I don't think Rose Weasley has been cast yet because on casting sites and stuff it says James Sirius Potter, Lily Luna Potter, Albus Potter and not her so.... you might have a chance- honestly I think there still trying to find the actress but just don't want people to know- O and its definitly in the UK and you have to be from the UK.
