Give her a hug and then leave her alone. Eventually, when she is ready, she will return to your loving arms. In the meantime, you have an opportunity to separate yourself temporarily from the situation. This will allow you to avoid getting further frustrated. You will be refreshed and ready to hold her, talk to her and listen to her when she returns to you.
