Question:

When I turn on my TV it goes directly to the setup screen.

I have done the setup numerous times but it keeps coming back. Also, my cable box is connected to the video 2 input. How can I get my TV to turn on directly to Video 2 instead of being greeted by jarring static and then changing the input every time.
