When Boston Red Sox will be starting up their 2012 season?

I have a question regarding Boston Red Sox. I do not happen to see any activity of Boston Red Sox after September 2011. The remaining three months of year 2011 are also vacant as well the first three of the next year. I am curious to know what is next in Boston Red Sox schedule.

The Boston Red Sox had a fairly busy season in year 2011. Their opening encounter was against the Texas Rangers in Arlington, Texas on Friday, 1st April 2011. The Red Sox home opener was Friday, April 8 against the rival New York Yankees. The games continued till the 21st September which will now be followed by almost a six months break. The Red Sox 2012 season has been scheduled to start up in Detroit, with a game against the Tigers prior to flying north of the border for three games with the Toronto Blue Jays. The Red Sox will open up their 2012 home schedule against the Tampa Bay Rays as part of a nine-game home stand. For those who are eagerly waiting for the biggest clash, that is against the AL East rivals Yankees have to wait till 20th April.
