What's the code for a glyph in Assassin's Creed 2?

There's a glyph in Assassin's Creed 2 that at first shows an elephant being electrocuted and then there's a weird code that has lines and dots and in grey the code is 139, but I have no idea what the red code is.

    try to look at the picture. it will show u the 2= bla bla bla then rearrange the wheel so that the number equal to the morse code
