What will be the future of Pakistan Software Industry Under Current Circumstances..?

A country that have only 5% ratio of Masters students have only 3 software houses that are at CMMI Level 5 as compare to India with 89 software houses at CMMI Level 5. A country that has more than 100 nuclear weapons but no intentions for future planing rather borrowing billions of dollar from IMF and States with crises of power and many more. what will be the result of this?

     After having a look at current situation where there is fraud and mis management ever where around you it is very difficult to forecast any such thing. 

    The way government is dealing with Higher Education Commission we can easily understand that in which directions these loutters  are driving Pakistan. 
    Our Prime-minister Yousaf Raza is thou these days announcing that IT will be given special care and new institutes should be built. But living in Pakistan I very clearly know that this is the way out for the Son of Yousaf Raza to grab some more millions out from the Pakistani resources. 
    No one is loyal to the country so nothing can be done. Who so ever is given a chance to be at some reputable seat he only make mind to gather out wealth. He never thinks that he is there to surve the people and same thing he/she promissed during election campagin but when being elected they simply forget about those fake statements and start filling up their accounts with dollars which IMF donate or lend. 
    And you rightly mentioned about India. People living in India are loyal to their country and they want to progress and same way their leaders are also trying to take India in the list of top countries of the world. They realized this fact quite early that the up coming age is of IT and a software house will be of prime importance. In India they know that country is our mother land. And in Pakistan it seems like that you are still living in that age where the one who is in power is allowed to do what ever he wants to and the poor are not even supposed to eat. 
    What we can do is to pray for our country and its betterment and also pray for some spiritual power to guide out Pakistan. 
    Pakistan which is full of talent more than India but the talent is never searched in Pakistan. And if some how talent lead out to the front then he is pushed back by some unlawful act and never to be seen again. 
    So in these conditions i do not feel that Pakistan will go any further. It is change time and every one is waiting that this change will happen on its own. We have to realize that we are the one who are going to change things so step ahead may be now it is the right time.
