For those and their children who belong to general category, simple graduate and have no govt. jobs, live as tenant wherever they earn for livelihood, neither ancestors have left anything for them nor could they earn enough to make shelter for themselves and their family for many adverse reasons chased them. Now they have no permanent addresses for recognition. They don’t want to look into their past.
We want answer from those who claim to stabilize Bihar as a fast moving state towards prosperity.
