I want to know that what to do if I have to make complaint for my mobile connection? Should I contact the PTA or the service provider of my connection.

    If you are facing problem in your connection services it is better to contact your concerned service provider. Pakistan Telecommunication Authority can not solve issues related to the connections of your service provider.
