What to do if Commonwealth Bank card is not received after expiry?

What do I do if my card has already expired and I do not have my new card? Can someone tell me about this I am searching for it for quite long time?

    If you haven't received your replacement card in the mail, call 13 2221 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), advise the customer service representative and we will organize a new card to be mailed.
