What to do if Air India itinerary receipt displayed on the screen did not print?

Can someone tell me that what should I do if Air India itinerary receipt displayed on the screen did not print? I have tried a lot but cannot print it from the website of Air India.

    You should have received a copy of the receipt at the email address you entered during the booking process. You can print this out instead and use it. You are required to print and carry this receipt to gain access to the Air India airport and to check-in. Alternately, you may click on the “My Bookings” option in your profile to view your booking details.
