What to do about bathroom fleas.

I don't have any pets and I try to cleanup throughly once a week, but we have fleas and they are only in the bathtub. The bug guy has come and sprayed for them but it looks like they are multipling.What can I do about this problem? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
