What time will the apple store let order iphone 4?

I am a big fan of smart phones and love the apple series in this category. I bought every version of iPhone and found it the best. I am currently using the latest iPhone 3Gs and waiting for the launch of iPhone 4. I heard that it will be in the market soon. I do not know the exact time of its launch and cannot wait to buy this phone. Please someone tell me the exact date of its launch. I would be glad if you can help. Thanks in advance for time.

In the U.S., AT&T was the only authorized carrier until February 10, 2011, when a CDMA version of the iPhone 4started for Verizon.
The phone is already in the market and apple stores are selling it to the costumers. This phone also hit the market on a large scale as the other version of iPhone did.
