What time do stores close in Dubai shopping malls?

Even though most of the shopping malls stay open till 10pm, do the stores inside actually stay open until then as well or do they close around 5 - 5:30pm. Can someone tell me the details about the opening and closing hours of shopping malls in Dubai?
