   The change of address can be effected in a corporate demat account on submission of the following:- * Duly completed Change of address form signed by the authorized signatories as per the mode of operation with the rubber stamp of the company. * Board Resolution confirming the change of address signed by the authorized signatories. * Proof of address of the corporate (Document registered with ROC, acknowledged copy of Income Tax return/ Bank Statement/ Leave & License agreement/ Copy of Agreement for purchase of premises). Latest transaction Statement of the demat account. Authorized signatory to visit the DP and submit the request personally. Authorized Signatory to sign once again in front of the DP official
