   The Advisory and Adjudication Wing provides impartial legal advice to the operational divisions and departments of the SECP. Sometimes Federal Government also refers certain advisory work to the SECP for seeking its expertise in corporate and financial matters. The Wing is also responsible for vetting and drafting of the orders, notifications, circulars, notices, contracts, memoranda of understanding and working papers.
