What is the difference between NAB SMS Banking and NAB Telephone Banking?

Can someone tell me that what is the difference between NAB SMS Banking and NAB Telephone Banking? I thought that both are same.

    SMS Banking uses a SMS from your mobile phone to access your accounts, requesting information or to transfer money between your accounts. Telephone Banking requires you to dial the Telephone Banking phone number, enter your NAB ID and password so you can do your banking.
