    • Lunch or Dinner: Normally eaten around mid-day, between 11 am and 2 pm. In some part of the Western countries, the name will vary between these two which depends on the content of the meal.
    • Dinner or tea: tea or Dinner a meal which is eaten in the evening. In some part of the Western countries, the name will vary between these two which depends on the content of the meal.
    • Supper: This is a very light meal taken in the late evening or overnight before going to bed.
