I have applied for the Broadband Student Package but I have not heard anything from PTCL? Please tell me about the processing fee of PTCL for student package.

    It takes normally seven days for the application to be processed and validated through the concerned officials of the PTCL. There are different reasons for the delay Your application is not validated. Your institute has not confirmed your association with the institute. They are not able to contact your institute. Once your application is verified PTCL personnel will contact you for the provisioning of the services. For the status of your application please call at 1236.
