The Windows Registry is a database that stores settings and options for Windows operating systems. It contains information and settings for hardware, operating system software and per-user settings. So, if your windows registry has clogged with unnecessary configuration setting or let us say system junk files, it will affect the performance of your PC. Sometimes, a system junk file in your registry may cause your Pc hang-up that will result to data damage. There are many free registry cleaners around the web, but if you will choose registry easy then you will never face registry related problems. http://www.download-registry-cleaners.com/slow-pc-start-up

Hi, Not an application you want to run if you don't know what you're doing. First see if Windows' System Restore won't solve your problem. "System Restore" is probably hiding in the "System Tools" or "Accessories" folder of your Start menu. If you can't find it anywhere on the Start menu, you'll find it at [ c:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe ]. Choose a restore point before whatever tragedy corrupted the registry happened, so that you don't simply replace the current corrupt registry with an older corrupt registry. If this doesn't make a difference, run System Restore again to return things to the way they were before you ran it the first time.
