    Florida doesnot allow common law marraiges, one needs to get a florida marraige license. Individuals below the age of 18 can only marry after the consent of their parents. One doesnot need to be a Florida resident, to get the marraige certificate. Marraige Licese in Florida is valid for 60 days after the date of issuance.
