   stick on nails are awful they don't last as long
   
   i always use the glue
   
   but you have to be careful with glue if you don't know what your doing you'll end up with your fingers stuck together
   
   and when you want to remove them do not rip them off without soaking them either in soapy hot water or fingernail polish remover

   I have tried to use stick-on nails before and just from experience they actually feel like they are falling off or not even on! I would definitely use real glue they stay on much longer and you can tell they are on!

   Neither. They are horrible for your nails. If you are getting them so they look longer or whatever they will never grow. It ripes off the layers of your nail and they are just ruined! But if you have your heart set on getting the nail destroyers i would go for the stick on ones they won't hurt has bad when you have to rip the suckers off. But there is a better chance that they'll fall off but the glue hurts so bad when you take off the nails!!
