What if I do not receive my baggage at Air India in the baggage claim?

I have lost my luggage during the flight of Air India and have also claimed for it in Air India baggage claim but have not got yet. What to do now my baggage at Air India in the baggage claim?

    If your baggage is not received by you on arrival in the baggage claim area, please contact the Air India personnel in Baggage Services Counter which is normally located in the arrival hall. You will be asked to fill in a Property Irregularity Report which has a unique reference number. You will have to fill in the details of contents in your baggage and the description of the same in detail. As soon as your bag is traced, Air India will contact you.
