What does it mean when a guy stares at you with no smile?

i saw this guy from school at a restaurant and he kept on staring at me and watched my every move and it came to a point where there were these other little boys in other tables sitting around me,and he looked mad at them..wats it mean?on yahoo someone asked this questiona nd someone gave the answer: Well Hope... I think the guy likes you more than he lets on... and he is watching your every move... actually the not smiling part bothers me a little.... be careful of this guy... it sounds like the beginning of a stalker
should i beleive that
