Question:

What do I do with fraudulantly purchased items?

I recieved a package from: DMC, PO Box 8023, Menasha, WI 54952-8023 and charges to one of my credit cards, this was done without my authorization or knowledge. I will be disputing the charges on the card and if you want the package back please supply return information. Any further inquiries using my name should be treated as fraudulant. Any further information you have attached to my name would be helpful in investigating this action.

One time I'd ordered some movies from the Disney Movie Club, for so many movies at a lot less price; if you agree just to order three more movies at regular club prices, over a three-year period to come! What I hadn't been told & never saw was something they said had been said I guess in small print, or something; which they said authorized them to pick & send me every so often (?) a movie called the 'feature selection' and bill my credit card themselves for it! I just got 'Tangled' from them in the mail and I haven't opened it but will return it to them unopened! They say I can't cansel but I am cancelling because I never authorized them to take anymore money from my bank credit card but the ones that I'd ordered; yet before I'd even received this movie 'Tangled', they'd taken the money for it out of my bank credit card account racking up an over-drawn from account fee too! I told them they aren't authorized, I'm cancelling my subscription to Disney Movie Club because they've broken the agreement made with me in taking money out of my account for a movie that I never selected! They say I can't cancel, but reimbursed the money to my account; luckily I've moved & my bank assigned a new credit card number to my bank account debit card neither of which will be given to DMC-- so as far as I'm concerned I've cancelled my subscription because of their fraudulent sending of unasked for movies & taking money out of my account that's not authorized for them to have done...
