   This is very difficult to answer the question to tell the exact company that had made first computer. According to my knowledge the first computer company was the Electronic Controls Company. It was established in 1949 by J. Presper Eckert and John Mauchly. These are the same people who helped in creating the ENIAC computer. The company was later got the name of EMCC or Eckert-Mauchly Computer Corporation. A series of mainframe computers was released under the UNIVAC name.
   The LEO I (Lyons Electronic Office I) was known as the first computer used for commercial business applications. It was monitored by Oliver Standingford and Raymond Thompson of J. Lyons and Co., and modelled it nearly on the Cambridge EDSAC, LEO I introduced its first business application in 1951. In 1954 Lyons established LEO Computers Ltd and marketed LEO I and its successors LEO II and LEO III to other companies. At start LEO Computers eventually became part of English Electric Company (EELM) and then further International Computers Limited (ICL). LEO series computers remained in use until 1981.
   Clock speed of LEO I was 500 kHz to execute with most instructions taking about 1.5 ms. Computer had to be able to handle a number of data streams for business applications. This computer was designed by Dr. John Pinkerton to have multiple input/output buffers. At start , these computers were linked to fast paper tape readers and punches, fast punched card readers and punches, and a 100 line a minute tabulator. Later other devices including magnetic tape were added.
