What caused the worst fire in Australian history? Is a question going through everyone's mind; a fire that killed more than 100 people and burnt entire towns to the ground must have a cause. Was it only an act of God or was it manmade madness?

some people are blaming it on the weather; The fires followed a week when temperatures hit 47C (117F). since the tempature went up and down so fast, some higher power was at work. In the afternoon the temperature dropped so quickly - It went from 46 degrees centigrade to 26 in minutes.

Arson is suspected so there is also a lot of anger at the people who started the fire but first they must be found but one thing is fore sure the government is not doing enough. The government of Australia has given the people $10,000,000 (AUS) to start rebuilding. But with prices of land around here that is nothing.
